By submitting this form, Customer acknowledges that BSI, LLC (“Broker”) is providing a price opinion based public information obtained from various sources, including, but not limited to, local Multiple Listing Services and National Association of Realtors resources and this service in no way creates a Broker/Client Agency or relationship. Broker makes no determination as to the accuracy of the information and Customer acknowledges that it is not relying upon Broker’s statement or other assertion with respect to the property. In addition, the BPO is not to be considered an appraisal nor can the value replace a true appraisal.
Broker requires as consideration for use of this service and information provided, indemnity for any damages arising from and related to therefrom. Customer agrees and covenants to indemnify and hold harmless, remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Broker of and from all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, liens, sums of money, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, arising from Broker representing Customer in the capacity heretofore described.
