By submitting this form, Customer acknowledges that BSI, LLC (“Broker”) is providing pictures, videos & other public information obtained from various sources, including, but not limited to, local Multiple Listing Services and National Association of Realtors resources and this service in no way creates a Broker/Client Agency or relationship. The Broker is providing information to assist property owners in making informed and educated decisions about the investment property and are in no way advising or providing an opinion as to the value. Broker makes no determination as to the accuracy of the information and Customer (property owner) acknowledges that it is not relying upon Broker’s statement or other assertion with respect to the property.

Broker requires as consideration for use of this service and information provided, indemnity for any damages arising from and related to therefrom. Customer agrees and covenants to indemnify and hold harmless, remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Broker of and from all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, liens, sums of money, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, arising from Broker representing Customer in the capacity heretofore described.

Term: This agreement begins at time of requested service and ends when the property is listed for sale. Either party may give a 30 day written notice of termination.

Payment: Auto payments will draft monthly

Refunds: All parties are aware and agree, there are no refunds.

Incentive: BSI, LLC offers a 3 month rebate of the fee collected for the Project Evaluation should the seller sign a Full Service Listing agreement at the time services are started.
