The whole STAX process was flawless from start to finish. I submitted a deal for analysis which helped me decide to proceed with the offer. After the offer got accepted, we continued throughout the closing process and it was one of the smoothest real estate experiences I’ve ever had (even the seller’s agent agreed). Highly recommended and will use for all my future deals.
